Scott Leonard-Morgan advises private and public companies, mostly in the technology and media areas, as well as those who invest in them. Scott focuses on VC transactions, public offerings and M&A work. Scott has advised companies and VC funds at all levels, from start-up seed capital to pre-IPO and mezzanine rounds. He also advises on IPOs, representing both issuer and underwriter.
