In combination with Sun's Solaris On Demand programme NTT Europe Online is making available fully managed SaaS solutions without the significant investments usually associated with rolling out an on demand infrastructure.

The market is changing and by 2010 analysts are predicting that 30 percent of all sofware sales will be delivered via the SaaS model. ISVs don't have to absorb the risks of this change.
